Privacy policy — AKP Comms

AKP Comms is an internal tool of AapkaPainter Solutions Private Limited. It connects company-owned WhatsApp Business numbers used by AapkaPainter employees to the WhatsApp Business Platform so that customer conversations on those company numbers are retained as company business records for service quality and follow-up.

Data processed: message content, timestamps, phone numbers and contact names on connected company numbers. Data is stored on servers located in India, accessible only to authorised AapkaPainter staff, and is not sold or shared with third parties. Data is retained for as long as needed for customer service and legal obligations.
